How does it work?

A Rod Scott photography session is always fun and exciting - for both you and your pet. Whether you choose to have Rod Scott come to your home, or to meet at another outdoor setting of your choice, or indoors in the completely relocatable portable petography studio, Rod Scott always works in with what is best for you and your best mate.

Capturing the essence of your pet in the perfect photograph takes time, and taking time to really get to know your pet’s personality is very much a part of the process. For this Rod Scott likes to make use of outdoor areas such as parks or places near the water so that he can capture your pet in all its playful exuberance. For outdoor photography, Rod prefers the warmer glows and hues of late afternoon or early morning light the best. Most sessions take around 2 hours from start to finish and include a viewing of the photos taken afterwards. Print selection is then made at the end of each session.

Rod Scott is based in Brisbane but is available to travel to any SE Queensland destination or if required.

Cost:

Basic session fee: Prices start from $250 including first two large prints.

The Petograph   $250

A petograph is a large framed montage-styled portrait using a series of photos from the session artistically arranged and matted  in a stylish timber frame, the perfect way to remember that cherished senior pet forever.

Additional travel outside Brisbane area will incur an extra travel fee. Session Fees are payable in full at the session. Further prints, as well as mugs, T-shirts, photo books, canvas prints or custom framework may then be ordered individually. Prices vary.

All prints can be Custom Matted & Framed. Framing Prices on Request – Gift certificates also available.
